About Rise Reno FAQ
Have questions about our services, process, or warranty? Here are answers to the most common things clients ask before starting a project.
How do I schedule a free in-home consultation?
Simply fill out our contact form, and we’ll respond within 24–48 hours to set up a time that works best for you.
What happens during the in-home consultation?
We bring flooring samples to your home, take measurements, and provide a detailed custom quote tailored to your project.
Can I see samples in my home before deciding?
Yes. We bring curated flooring samples directly to your home so you can see how the colors and styles look in your own lighting and space.
How long does a typical flooring project take?
Most projects take between 3–5 days depending on the size of your home, the type of flooring, and any preparation or subfloor work needed.
Do you move furniture and protect my home during the project?
Yes. We handle moving heavy furniture and take steps to minimize dust and protect surrounding areas during the work.
What flooring services do you offer?
We install site-finished hardwood, pre-finished engineered hardwood, laminate, carpet, vinyl, and tile. Flooring is our focus, and we keep it that way. If you’re planning something bigger — a full kitchen, a whole-home remodel, or a design-led renovation — our remodeling company, By Design Homes, handles those projects end to end, and we’re glad to point you their way.
What brands of flooring do you carry?
We are proud retailers of trusted brands such as Mohawk Flooring, Pergo Flooring, and Regal Hardwoods. We also work with quality tile providers like Daltile.
Do you have a showroom I can visit?
No. Instead of a traditional showroom, we bring curated samples directly to your home for a convenient in-home estimate.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve Frisco, McKinney, Plano, Allen, and Prosper, plus nearby areas. Other locations may be available upon request.
Do you offer warranties on your work?
Yes. Every floor we install is backed by our Forever Serve Warranty — a lifetime labor guarantee on the installation work we perform, so you have peace of mind long after the project is complete.
Planning a new floor?
We can help you think through the right materials, the right approach, and the right next step for your home.
